Welcome to Holiday Raptors. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming any travel-related arrangements with us.
1. Bookings & Reservations
All tour bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives.
A deposit (typically 30%–50%) is required to confirm a booking. Full payment is due as per the invoice deadline or prior to the start of the tour.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate information at the time of booking (e.g., passport details, dietary needs, medical conditions).
2. Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
Additional fees may apply for international payments or currency conversions.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Refunds are processed as follows:
30+ days before tour: 90% refund
15–29 days before: 50% refund
14 days or less: No refund (exceptions may apply due to medical or emergency cases)
Any third-party cancellation fees (hotels, activities) will be deducted from your refund.
4. Changes & Modifications
Minor itinerary changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We always strive to offer a similar or better alternative.
Clients may request changes to dates or itinerary, subject to availability and possible additional charges.
5. Travel Insurance
Holiday Raptors strongly recommends that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, baggage, and personal liability.
We are not liable for costs due to missed flights, illness, injury, or natural disasters.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we take all precautions to ensure your safety and satisfaction, Holiday Raptors is not liable for:
Losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party vendors or service providers
Acts of God, terrorism, political unrest, or natural disasters
Personal injuries, illnesses, or accidents during your trip
Participation in adventure or wildlife activities is at your own risk.
7. Client Conduct
We expect respectful behavior toward fellow travelers, guides, locals, and wildlife.
Any disruptive or unlawful behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
8. Use of Photos & Content
We may capture photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes.
By joining our tours, you consent to the use of your image unless you request otherwise in writing.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be kept secure and used solely for travel coordination, communication, and service improvements.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed under the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
